Welcome to the club
What They're Saying
The biggest tackle when working as a freelancer is essentially being alone a lot of the time. You can feel a little uninspired, especially if the only person who hears your ideas is your pet. Joining The Co-Working Club has brought structure and a bit of 'oomph' to my week. I can get all the boring admin jobs done whilst chatting with the girls over good coffee. Whether it's catching up about the latest series or getting advice on business, I always feel so much better after my Monday morning catch up.
The Co-Working Club never fails to brighten my Monday mornings. Having such a supportive, inspiring and encouraging group of gals to chat to, laugh with and throw ideas around with is such a breath of fresh air. It's massively helped to get me into a positive headspace, and always starts my week off on the right foot.
Moving overseas is a daunting experience, not least because it meant saying farewell to a workplace which had been my daily life for five years. I came across The Co-Working Club by accident and it has proved to be just what I needed. Not only do our weekly meet-ups get me out of the house, they've introduced me to a group of amazing women. Sunday nights are filled with a little spark of excitement when I think about catching up with friends.
As a self employed female, it can be quite lonely and sometimes you can lose motivation or feel stuck in a rut quite easily. But this group helps to kick start your week full of to-do lists getting ticked, bouncing ideas off one another, or just to have a fellow person to type away next to. It's so great to get out the house and feel like you're 'going to work'. Love it!
